MongoDB

Before joining GitHub, I spent the bulk of my career at MongoDB working across product management and UX design. I led product strategy for Atlas Search, a search engine with a multibillion-dollar addressable market, where I scaled qualified workloads by more than 900 percent and grew ARR by 1,100 percent. I managed and mentored two product managers, partnered closely with engineering, sales, and consulting, and introduced the first Product-Led Growth squad at the company to accelerate adoption.

I drove the three-year roadmap for Atlas Search’s new architecture, ran multiple early access programs with more than 40 key customers, and defined feedback loops that helped transition features from experimentation to general availability. I also shaped the future of MongoDB’s search experience, aligning product direction with competition, user research, and evolving market needs.

Earlier in my career at MongoDB, I managed platform teams responsible for documentation systems, alerting, and search UI. I led the migration of 60,000+ documentation pages, improved internal writing productivity, overhauled the company website’s search experience, and designed UX for six flagship MongoDB Cloud features.

Below are some design projects I led as a product designer in my first year and half at MongoDB before transitioning formally into a Product Manager role.
